The Appliance Care Company Team
Experience You Can Count On
The biggest issue people face when working with an appliance repair company is technicians who can’t properly diagnose the problem. Put frankly, the techs are not properly trained and don’t have the experience to do the job right. When your washer goes down and you need it working today, you need a technician that can properly diagnose the problem. That’s why when you work with us you’ll get the correct diagnosis the first time, and a machine that’s repaired to last.

About Brien
Brien Pippen is a third generation Appliance Expert. He was born into the industry and this is all that he has done his entire life. His grandfather worked at Sears, in the appliance department, in the late 1960s and early 1970s and his grandfather won many awards at Sears. Brien’s father, as well, worked at Sears in the Appliance Department also in the 1970s. Brien was born in 1974. In 1985, when Brien was 11 years old, his father and mother decided to open their own appliance business. They offered in-home appliance repair and retail sales of new and used appliances. Brien jumped in with both feet. At 11 years old, Brien began working in his father’s shop learning everything he could to be the best technician he could be. Needless to say, this was before internet and computers. Back then if you wanted to get into this industry you had to know somebody that was already a technician. Every day after school, evenings, weekends and during the summertime Brien was right there beside his father learning this ever-changing industry.
